Poorly constructed sofas and just as poor customer service

First corner sofa developed a squeak within a week, someone came out and agreed it had a squeak and needed to be fixed. Once returned back to us the squeak reappeared within hours and after an upsetting phone call and basically being told I was I liar and they had over 20 years experience (therefore would never make a mistake!) they agreed to replace the base. New base arrived and within 3days the same problem reappeared! I managed to determine that the squeak was coming from the clips and it only made a noise when all three units were together (how this was not picked up on the first occasion by a "professional" I do not know) I also noticed the units did not fit flush to each other. Due to the inconvenience I had already experienced I asked for a refund. This was given however I was made to feel I was in the wrong. I now have no sofa, have had to rush out and buy another and have to wait 3 weeks for my new one.
